Banana Crumb Muffin

BANANA CRUMB MUFFIN

Salam n selamat pagi sume ;-),

Waaaaaa..tension tauu minggu ni, semalam dpt surat dr tadika kakak, Graduation day terpaksa buat hari khamis ni!!! uuwaaaaaa...... ari ni kalau rajin nak apply visa lagi malas sgt2 skrg ni nak kuar sbb panas! Ni sebab sumenyer jd kucar kacir sgt ni, team BAJU MERAH nak buat demo lagi! menciii sbb dekat sgt dgn tempat kita niii.. dia org ni mmg kurang kerja sgt huhuhu... tak bestnyer! pastu kan kita boleh lupa hari jumaat ni ada farewell party kat umah atas ni sbb ada family japanese ni balik jepun, nak kena masakkan 1 lauk lagi! bertambah tensionnnyer sbb tak tahu dah nak kasi apa tuk party tu nanti, sampai skrg masih blurr lg tak tahu nak buat apa huhuhu... Tapi kalau kita senyap jer lepas n3 ni maknanyer kita g embassy :D
Lupakan dulu kekucar kaciran schedule minggu ni huh! haaaa... kalau nak tahu muffin ni MMG SEDAP! betul kata kak maz mmg sedap! nak2 dia punyer crumb yg atas tuuu kalau lah kita tahu kita tenyeh byk2 rangup sgt! harus cuba sbb mmg puas hati cuma gula kita kurangkan sbb byk sgtlah tp ni pun dah sedap dah manis dia.. Resepi asal kat ALL RECIPE, n kita cnp dr umah KAK MAZ yg skrg dekat mesia :D Mekaseh kak! sedap sgt! mmg kita suke pisang2 ni :D Mintak izin n halal resepinyer ya kak maceh!!!! :-)

BANANA CRUMB MUFFIN

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup white sugar>>Kita cuma letak 2/3 cwn jer
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • Esen Pisang yg ni kita tmbh pulak :D

Crumb

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon >>Kita mmg fobia dgn cinamon powder, tak masukkan! :D
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Kitanyer botak tgh sbb kedekut sgt tabur dia punyer crumb tu ekekeke tu yg bila adunan naik dia mcm tanah runtuh ketepi sumenyer :D

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
2.In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
3.In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
4.Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
